Variables

Objective

This guide explains how to use Variables on Ruk-Com Cloud PaaS, with ordered procedures and practical verification points.

Before you begin

• Sign in with an account permitted to manage the relevant environment.
• Confirm the target environment, region and resources before saving changes.
• Create a backup or rollback plan before changing a production system.

part ofVariablesUsed for viewing and managing the list of environment variables in the current layer.

In the case of linkingLinkingContainer variables from other nodes within the environment are displayed in the same tab with a special prefix. It can also be automatically edited to change all source and target container groups.

1. To specify a custom variable You can click on the Add button and fill in the fields that appear with the desired variable name and value.

2. Besides adding, you can also edit and delete already saved values. (except for some default values) by clicking on the buttonEditto edit or buttonRemoveto delete

• Double-click the variable you want to edit.
• If you want to delete multiple items Can be selected by pressing the buttonShiftorCtrl

3. Click Apply to save all changes in Docker layer settings as may be available. Click Apply again on the wizard page.
