Who is Shared Hosting for?
It suits company sites, landing pages, WordPress, WooCommerce and CMS/PHP sites managed through DirectAdmin without custom server processes, workers or command-line operations.
Are SSH, Composer, Git or Cron available?
Cron is supported. Customers can create and schedule jobs through the control panel. SSH, Composer and Git are not provided on Shared Hosting; choose Ruk-Com PaaS or Managed VPS when server-level access is required.
Which PHP versions and applications are supported?
Select PHP 7.4 or 8.0–8.4 per domain in DirectAdmin. Supported applications include WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, Moodle, PrestaShop and PHP sites that do not require custom background processes or server-level access.
Should I choose Thailand or Singapore?
Choose the region closest to your main visitors. Both regions use the same plan pricing. Start with Thailand for a primarily Thai audience, or Singapore for regional and international audiences.
What does backup cover?
The service retains backups for 90 days on its scheduled cycle. Contact support with the site and required restore point. Restoration depends on the available backup for that cycle.
How does website migration work?
After ordering, open a ticket and provide the previous hosting details through the secure channel our team specifies. We check compatibility, migrate files and databases, test, then coordinate the DNS change.
What if my site needs workers or automation?
Choose Ruk-Com PaaS for application deployment and managed runtimes, or Managed VPS when you need broader system and software control. Our team can assess the architecture and deployment model with you.
