What does THB 650 include, and how is it billed?
It is the monthly price for a five-account package, with 25 GB per account. Alternatively, pay THB 7,800 per package annually. The minimum package has five accounts; THB 650 is not a per-person price. Check the final total and tax in the portal before payment.
Is 25 GB per account or shared across the company?
Each account has 25 GB. The five-, 15-, 25- and 50-account packages all provide the same storage per account. Choose a package around the number of accounts your business needs.
Do I need a domain, and is domain registration included?
You need a domain with access to manage its DNS to use company email such as [email protected]. An existing domain can be used after its configuration is reviewed. Domain registration and renewal are separate from the email package.
Can I use Outlook or read mail on my phone?
Use Webmail in a browser, or connect email software supporting POP3 / IMAP on computers and phones. Some applications, such as Outlook, may require a separate license. This package does not include Microsoft Office.
Can you help if we already use another email provider?
Share your current platform, account count and the amount of mail you want to retain. The team will review compatibility, migration scope, DNS cutover timing and costs before work starts, so you can plan the transition.
How are spam and malicious attachments handled?
The service includes spam filtering and ClamAV virus scanning for attachments. Filtering reduces risk but cannot guarantee detection of every threat. Check senders and verify payment-account changes or other sensitive requests through a trusted channel.
What if our team grows or we need more than 50 accounts?
Tell Ruk-Com your account and storage requirements. The team can recommend a package or assess additional options, then confirm pricing, terms and the start date before changing your service.
Is support available after setup?
Support is available 24/7 through LINE @rukcom or [email protected]. Share the symptoms, error messages and time of an issue to help investigation. Do not send passwords in chat.
