Objective
This guide explains how to use Cluster Access Levels on Ruk-Com Cloud PaaS, with ordered procedures and practical verification points.
Before you begin
- Sign in with an account permitted to manage the relevant environment.
- Confirm the target environment, region and resources before saving changes.
- Create a backup or rollback plan before changing a production system.
Ruk-Com Cloud's Platform-as-a-Service Cluster targets a broad range of customers, such as developers or SMBs, enterprises and hosting providers. Ruk-Com Cloud's customers differ in their use of the platform and level of access to the cluster.
Therefore, Ruk-Com Cloud divides cluster access levels into 3 categories:
- Administrators(Administrator)
- Developers or SMBs(developer)
- End users(User)

Ruk-Com Cloud provides two system control panels for cluster access:
- Ruk-Com Cluster Panel (RCA) is for hosting administrators and corporate organizations.
- Ruk-Com Dashboard for Developers This makes Ruk-Com Cloud ideal for DevOps teams.
Administrators
Administrators The Ruk-Com Cloud Platform Administrator is the operations department that providesHosting serviceor the IT department of a company organization After the installation of the platform, you will become the owner of the platform. You can start managing all your performance yourself throughRuk-Com Cluster Admin PanelBy configuring key values such as quotas, fees, customization and supporting all other desired features.
There are 4 main operations of the Ruk-Com Cluster Admin Panel:
- Installation
- Launch
- Management
- Update (adjusting new information)

Developers or SMBs
Ruk-Com Cloud customers can create environments, deploy applications and operate all throughApplication cycleSuccessfully manage environments and applications through the developer panel.Ruk-Com Cloud Dashboard
Operations for Developers or SMBs on the Ruk-Com Cloud platform are as follows:
- Create simple and complex environments.
- Deploy applications in various formats without changing code
- Customize and configure new system installations
- Adjust the size of the application vertically and horizontally.
- Test and fix applications
- Manage all systems within the application
- Clone and share environments
- Temporarily suspend and enable environments
- Process statistics and records
- Upgrade and other fund accounts
As developers sign up for Ruk-Com Cloud, they can test various features. The working steps of the application circuit are shown in the diagram as shown:

At the end of the Ruk-Com Cloud trial period, developers will need to consider whether to upgrade their account to continue using it. If you don't upgrade your account will be destroyed.
Enterprise installations do not include a trial period. But developers can use private clouds to manage application environments themselves through the Ruk-Com Cloud Dashboard to help with configuration and installation of each part.
End Users
Users can connect to Ruk-Com Cloud clusters indirectly through applications for which developers or organizations have already deployed environments. When a user submits a usage request All requests are routed to the appropriate application domain name and processed in one of the following ways.
- passGlobal Resolvers
Ruk-Com Cloud uses multiple resolvers to handle requests from users at the same time. As a result, there may be multiple access points for environments used at the same time.

- passPublic IP
If Public IP is connected through an environment (balancer, app server or database container) it is less vulnerable to impacts from other applications (in the case of shared resolvers) and is better suited for production applications. Public IP also provides additional features such as remote editing. Remote backup JMX, FTP, SSL configuration, websockets and other polling.

Cluster access levels make deployment and management of Ruk-Com Cluster easy, convenient, and efficient, with each type of customer being given a variety of rights and restrictions. This will allow the structure of the system to be managed well.
