What is the difference between Basic and Standard?

Business Basic includes web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Business Standard adds installed desktop apps for PC/Mac, suited to more complex documents and offline work. Standard and Premium allow up to 5 PCs/Macs, 5 tablets and 5 phones per licensed user, with periodic internet access for license verification and syncing.

Does every plan include Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft 365 is available in editions with and without Teams. Have the team confirm the exact SKU in your quote before ordering. Meetings and chat depend on your chosen edition. Calling to telephone networks through Teams Phone and other add-ons may require separate purchases.

Does the 1 TB of OneDrive storage include email?

No. The 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user is for files and is separate from the Exchange Online mailbox. Mailbox quota depends on your entitlement and Microsoft’s rollout, so confirm the available quota in your tenant and quote before ordering.

Is Copilot included in these prices?

Copilot Chat is available subject to Microsoft’s eligibility, account and availability requirements. Full Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities for organizational data and apps require an additional license or an explicitly inclusive bundle. The prices on this page do not include an additional Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

What security does Business Premium add?

Premium adds Microsoft Entra ID P1 for Conditional Access, Intune Plan 1 for device and app management, Defender for Business for endpoint protection and detection, and Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 for email and collaboration threat protection. These capabilities need configuration for your organization’s policies and supported systems.

Can we keep our domain and move existing email?

Share your domain, current email platform, user count, data volume and DNS administrator. The team can assess compatibility and plan the move. Scope, costs, timing and cutover arrangements are agreed before work starts. Check domain registration or renewal and migration services separately from license charges in your quote.

How does billing work, and can we change plans?

Prices are per user for the selected billing period. Annual prices are full yearly totals and exclude 7% VAT. Annual savings compare against 12 monthly payments and are rounded to whole percentages. Contract duration, renewal, plan changes, seat reductions and cancellation follow your quote and subscription terms. Monthly billing does not necessarily allow cancellation at any time.

What if we have more than 300 users or need a mix of plans?

Business plans are designed for organizations with up to 300 users. If you need a mix of plans by role or have requirements beyond this scope, ask the team to check licensing and assess Enterprise editions or an appropriate solution before quoting.
