Does a domain include a website and email?
A domain is the name that directs people to your services. Website hosting and email mailboxes are separate services. Once those services are in place, configure DNS to connect your domain to them.
Are registration, transfer and renewal prices the same?
Some extensions have the same price for all three services; others differ. For example, .info costs THB 870 to register, THB 946 to transfer and THB 1,034 to renew. The table separates all three prices, excluding 7% VAT. Check the final total and terms in the ordering system before paying.
What do I need to register .co.th or another .th extension?
Check that the applicant and chosen name meet the extension’s eligibility rules, then prepare the evidence in the documentation guide. This may include business or trademark evidence for .co.th, educational institution documents for .ac.th, or official documents for .go.th. Requirements vary by extension and applicant.
Does transferring a domain also move my website and email?
A domain transfer does not automatically move website files or mailboxes. Before starting, record the current nameservers and DNS records, check transfer requirements with the existing provider and plan which DNS service will remain in use. Timing and any registration extension depend on the TLD and current domain status.
Is WHOIS Privacy included in the domain price?
WHOIS Privacy is an optional service at THB 180 per year for eligible extensions, excluding 7% VAT. Confirm eligibility and which details are covered before ordering. It does not replace account security or registrant obligations.
When do DNS changes take effect?
Timing depends on TTL, caches in the systems involved and the previous configuration. With Ruk-Com DNS, you can manage A, MX, TXT, CNAME and other supported records. Verify values with your website or email provider before editing, then test the services after the change.
How should I plan domain renewals?
Keep the expiry date, renewal price and account contact email up to date. Assign an owner and arrange payment before expiry. If a domain has already expired, contact the team to check its status. Recovery terms and charges depend on the extension and domain status.
