BEFORE WE PARTNER

The details to agree
before we partner.

From the working model and pricing to client handover.

Can we keep our existing agency tools?

Start with your current CMS and project tools, then choose the hosting, cloud and services to connect. The workflow illustrates team handoffs. Tools, integrations and licences are agreed before kickoff.

Can we work under our agency brand or use a white-label arrangement?

We can discuss agency-branded communication, reporting and handover, with explicit scope and access rights. Agency branding does not imply hiding the infrastructure provider in technical records or required documentation.

How are pricing and ongoing care scoped?

Pricing depends on site count, stack, resources, care workload and support needs. The proposal separates setup, recurring services, additional work and licences so your agency can plan its own pricing and costs.

Can we migrate multiple client sites?

Start with an inventory of sites, domains, DNS, email, databases and plugins. Then plan migration batches, staging checks and cutover/rollback for each group. Impact and cost are assessed against the actual systems.

Who handles a client incident?

Agree your agency as the primary contact, with escalation to Ruk-Com Agent for covered services. Define owners, severity and progress updates before kickoff so the client receives consistent communication.

Can we start with one client site?

Start by discussing one project to establish the working model, scope and handover. Use those lessons to create a repeatable approach for later clients. Pricing and service terms are documented in the agreed proposal.
