Account Collaboration

Objective
This guide explains how to use Account Collaboration on Ruk-Com Cloud PaaS, with ordered procedures and practical verification points.
Before you begin
- Sign in with an account permitted to manage the relevant environment.
- Confirm the target environment, region and resources before saving changes.
- Create a backup or rollback plan before changing a production system.
"Joint Account" feature on our platform Helps support teamwork and effective collaborative project management.
Working principle:
The master user can store and manage all environments in their own account. and can flexibly share the desired environment with other members. Simply provide the member's email address and set access rights as appropriate.
Advantages of this feature:

- Increase efficiency in using shared resources /wp:list-item wp:list-item
- Allows teams to work together in the same environment conveniently. /wp:list-item wp:list-item
- The master user has granular control and level permissions for each member.

Main account
The master account has access to and management of all environments in the system, including custom-created environments. or that team members create, including environments that are shared or not shared This account has full permissions to manage collaborations, such as:

- Adjust shared environment settings /wp:list-item wp:list-item
- Set member roles and access rights /wp:list-item
Note:All costs incurred from using the shared environment—including any actions taken by members—are charged to the main account.
Member account (Collaborators)
Members invited from the main account will have free access to the shared environment. It can be used like any other environment. However, actions will depend on the permissions granted by the main account, such as editing, browsing, or controlling certain parts of the environment.
If the main account allows it Members can alsoCreate a new environmentunder the main account In which case:

- It will be counted towards the main account's usage quota. /wp:list-item wp:list-item
- All charges will be charged to the main account instead of the member's account. /wp:list-item
This feature is designed to support effective teamwork. and provides high flexibility in managing shared resources and permissions
Note:After leaving work Members will no longer have access to the shared environment on their main account. Including manually created environments
