Who qualifies for the promotion, and what happens afterwards?
The promotion is for new Google Workspace customers, covering the first 20 users for 12 months. Standard rates then apply: Business Starter at THB 325/user/month or THB 3,300/user/year; Business Standard at THB 650/user/month or THB 6,800/user/year. Prices exclude 7% VAT. Have the team confirm eligibility and the quoted price before ordering.
How do monthly and annual billing differ?
Each price is the amount paid per user for the stated billing period. Annual prices are full yearly totals, not monthly equivalents, and are not calculated as 12 monthly payments. Contract length, renewal, edition changes and seat reductions follow your quote and subscription terms. Monthly billing does not necessarily allow cancellation at any time.
Is 30 GB, 2 TB or 5 TB a dedicated mailbox quota?
Each user license contributes storage to an organization-wide pool shared by Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos. It is not a guaranteed separate quota for each mailbox. For example, 10 Business Standard users contribute 20 TB in total. Administrators can plan how that storage is allocated across the team.
Which plan includes meeting recording or Google Vault?
Business Standard and Business Plus include Google Meet recording. Google Vault and advanced endpoint management are included in Business Plus. Vault retains and searches supported data according to policy; it is not a complete backup service. If you need DLP or S/MIME, ask the team to verify the required edition and conditions before quoting.
How does Gemini differ between plans?
Business Starter includes Gemini in Gmail and the Gemini app. Business Standard and Business Plus include Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Meet and other tools according to the edition. Availability and limits depend on the edition, language and individual feature. Have the team check your intended use before choosing.
Can we use our existing domain and move our current email?
Share your domain, DNS administrator, current platform, user count and the amount of data to retain. Ruk-Com can review compatibility and agree the scope, costs and cutover schedule before work starts, including user testing. Check domain registration or renewal and migration work separately from license charges in your quote.
What does Ruk-Com help with, and can we get business billing documents?
Google provides the platform. Ruk-Com advises on plan selection, coordinates setup and assists within the permissions and scope agreed with you. Phone and email support are available 24/7. Quotations, receipts and tax invoices are available; share your company details and procurement requirements before ordering.
What if we need more than 300 users?
Business plans support up to 300 users. If you need more users or specific retention and security capabilities, ask the team to assess a suitable edition and prepare a separate proposal.
