What if my site is hosted elsewhere?
Ruk-Com Hosting is required. Discuss migration and readiness with the team before ordering.
Does the clock start at payment?
No. Turnaround begins after all required information has been received: seven days, three days or 24 hours depending on the plan.
Does the cleanup scope change by plan?
The inspection and malware-removal scope is the same. Plans differ in turnaround and the one-, three- or six-month warranty after handover.
What about modified themes or plugins?
Themes and plugins must not be custom-modified. Customers must ensure custom-code compatibility and provide needed premium files and licenses. New license purchases cost extra.
Can all data be restored without a backup?
Full recovery cannot be promised. Restoration depends on surviving data and checked, usable backups. The team assesses options first; a pre-change copy is not automatically a clean backup.
Does 100% mean the site can never be hacked again?
It is a remediation guarantee under the service scope and terms, with a full refund if ineligible or if we cannot perform the service. It does not eliminate future risk. Report issues during the warranty with supporting details for assessment under the terms.
