How is Rcache different from a typical cache plugin?

Rcache manages caching on an NGINX proxy in front of WordPress and stores cached content in memory. A cacheable HIT can be served without invoking PHP or the database on every request. The WordPress plugin controls cache activation and purging. Multiple page-cache systems should not be combined without checking compatibility.

Will WooCommerce carts be publicly cached?

Cart, Checkout, My Account and session-specific data need to be excluded from public page caching. Cookies, AJAX, payment callbacks and store-specific plugins should be tested before launch. Homepage speed alone does not validate a shop.

Does Managed include every plugin update and code change?

Hosting includes Rcache, firewall protection, malware scanning, backups and expert WordPress guidance. Plugin/theme updates, custom-code fixes and feature changes require an agreed scope and impact assessment. Hosting does not include unlimited development.

How do backups and recovery points work?

Backups run daily with retention of up to 90 days. Confirm available recovery points and the file/database scope with the team. For WooCommerce, assess orders created after the selected backup before restoring so recent transactions are not lost.

How do I choose a plan and datacenter?

Start with the site count, storage footprint and transfer usage. Choose Thailand or Singapore based on your audience and connected systems. For stores, campaigns or demanding plugins, ask for a workload review. The site quota is not a concurrent-user guarantee.

How do free migration and refunds work?

After ordering a plan, open a ticket and provide the access required for migration. Agree on validation checks and a DNS cutover window. A 15-day refund policy is available subject to service terms; confirm the details with the team before ordering.
