Service Resource Usage Limits

§ 01Resource usage limits — Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting

CPU usage limitation

  • Shared hosting on Ruk-Com Hosting limits CPU usage to a maximum of 30% within any 90-second window per user (counting all websites together). If usage exceeds 30%, your user is suspended temporarily to keep the server stable and usable for every customer.

Disk usage limitation

  • You may use 100% of the storage included in your current package. Once usage passes 90%, our system notifies you about upgrading the package.
  • The following uses are not permitted on any Shared Hosting service:
    • Image or file hosting services
    • Storing video files, ISO files and other files not used to run a website

Bandwidth limitation

  • You may use 100% of the bandwidth included in your current package. Once usage passes 90%, our system notifies you about upgrading the package.

Email sending limit

  • H-Plan / C-Plan: up to 150 emails per day.
  • WP-TH-Plan / WP-SG-Plan: up to 150 emails per day.

Installation limitation

  • On Shared Hosting you cannot install server extensions or change server-level configuration. If you need this, contact our team or move to our VPS service, which supports your own configuration.

§ 02Resource usage limits — VPS Hosting and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Link speed limitation

  • Ruk-Com Cloud VPS and IaaS limit the connection speed to a maximum of 10 Gbps per virtual machine (VM), to keep the platform stable for shared use across customers.

Shared international bandwidth policy

  • International bandwidth for VPS and IaaS runs over a shared link. Throughput depends on how many users are active at a given time, so international connection speeds vary with actual usage.

OS compatibility limitation

  • A virtual machine (VM) may not be able to run certain older operating system versions because of compatibility limits with the virtualization platform or supported drivers.

§ 03Resource usage limits — Platform as a Service (PaaS)

Software version limitation

  • Our PaaS service may not support the newest software versions immediately, as each version must pass compatibility testing and be approved by the platform vendor before release.

Legacy software deprecation

  • Some outdated software versions may be removed from the PaaS platform and can no longer be used, for security reasons or because the vendor has ended support.

§ 04Resource usage limits — Enterprise Email by Ruk-Com

Email sending limitations

  • Enterprise Email limits sending to 1,000 emails per day, to prevent misuse such as spam or mass sending in a single batch.

Attachment size and file type restrictions

  • Attachments are limited to 25 MB per email, and some file types cannot be attached because the system automatically blocks potentially harmful files.

Backup and email retention

  • Backups keep email according to a predefined schedule. If an email is deleted accidentally and the retention period has passed, it may not be recoverable.

Compatibility limitations

  • Some older email clients or applications have limitations — for example calendar sync or address book sync may not be supported in certain cases.

External integration limitations

  • Direct integration with external systems such as CRM, ERP or Single Sign-On may not be supported.
