CPU Usage Limitation
  • Ruk-Com Hosting’s shared hosting service limits CPU usage to a maximum of 30% per user within 90 seconds (across all websites). If CPU usage exceeds 30%, your account will be temporarily suspended to maintain server stability and ensure normal operation for all customers.
Disk Usage Limitation
  • Customers can utilize 100% of the storage space according to their current package. If usage exceeds 90%, we will provide a notification for package upgrades.
  • The following uses will not be available on all Shared Hosting services.
    • Image and file hosting service.
    • Used to store video files, ISO files, and other files not used for website development.
Bandwidth Limitation
  • Customers can utilize 100% of the bandwidth according to their current package. If usage exceeds 90%, we will provide a notification for package upgrades.
Email Sending Limit
  • H-Plan / C-Plan allows you to send a maximum of 150 emails per day.
  • WP-TH-Plan / WP-SG-Plan can send a maximum of 150 emails per day.
Installation Limitation
  • Customers cannot install extensions or customize server settings on shared hosting. If you require this functionality, please contact our support team or use our VPS service to accommodate your specific needs.

Linkspeed Limitation
  • Ruk-Com Cloud’s VPS and IaaS services will limit the maximum connection speed per virtual machine (VM) to a maximum of 10Gbps to maintain system stability and sharing with other customers.
Shared International Bandwidth Policy
  • VPS and IaaS bandwidth usage for international connections is based on a shared link, and data transfer volume depends on the number of users at any given time. This may result in variations in international connection speeds depending on actual usage.
OS Compatibility Limitation
  • Virtual machines (VMs) may not be able to install certain older versions of operating systems due to compatibility limitations with virtual systems or supported drivers.

Terms of Use for Platform as a Service (PaaS) Resources

Software Version Limitation​
  • Our PaaS service may not immediately support the latest software versions, as they must undergo compatibility testing and obtain approval from the platform owner before being made available.
Legacy Software Deprecation
  • Some outdated software versions may be removed from the PaaS system and become unusable due to security reasons or the discontinuation of support from the platform owner.

Email Sending Limitations
  • Enterprise Email services have a limit of 1000 emails per day to prevent misuse, such as sending spam or a large number of emails at once.
Attachment Size & File Type Restrictions
  • There is a file size limit of 25 MB per email attachment, and some file types may not be able to be attached as the system will automatically block potentially harmful files.
Backup & Email Retention
  • The backup system stores emails at a predetermined interval. If emails are accidentally deleted and the retention period has expired, they may not be recoverable.
Compatibility Limitations
  • Compatibility with some older email programs or applications may have limitations, such as not supporting Calendar Sync or Address Book Sync features in some cases.
External Integration Limitations
  • Direct connectivity with external systems such as CRM, ERP, or Single Sign-On may not be supported.
