  2. Order services from our company.
    • If you wish to have your domain transferred through our company, we recommend purchasing the domain after the hosting transfer is complete.
  3. Contact our support team through the system to report a problem . You can request the company to migrate your data by providing the following details:
    1. Please specify the service you wish to migrate data to. You can provide the domain name or the invoice number from which you purchased the service.
    2. Access information for the Control Panel (Directadmin, CPanel, Plesk).
    3. FTP login information
    4. Phpmyadmin login information
    5. If the website is a WordPress site, you can send user and password information that requires administrator privileges.
  4. Please refrain from making any changes to the website to prevent data loss during the data migration process.

Once the company receives the information provided by the customer through the system and the data is accessible, a confirmation will be sent back stating that the process is underway. The data migration process, after receiving confirmation, will take approximately 24 hours.
