Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies and terms of service of hostings.ruk-com.in.th, ruk-com.cloud, which are managed by Rukcom Company Limited, with the following details:

1. Ruk-Com Hosting does not provide services to the following websites:
  • Illegal websites that attack, defame or destroy the stability of the monarchy, religion, attack and create chaos, and defame others.
  • Pornographic, obscene, or pornographic websites
  • All types of gambling websites
  • Any website or system related to mining all types of digital coins (crypto miner)
  • Websites that provide Bittorent, Tracker, Online Streaming, Pirate Software, Crack, Hack, Warez, spread viruses, worms, torjans, or use the services of this server to attack other servers such as Mail Bombs, Hack Attacks, Spamming, Port Scanning or Port Probing, Download, MP3, Software, VDO & Voice Clips, Music Online whether legal or not.
  • Commercial Mass E-Mailing​
  • A site that sends “spamming” (sending large amounts of email to unsolicited recipients) or newsgroups using non-existent or random return addresses, such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].
  • Sending chain messages to generate a large number of replies and sending the same message repeatedly to others.
  • Using programs or systems to send email
  • Sending emails that cause a large number of emails to bounce back or affect the server’s operation, such as being shot by Web Board. Sending emails using non-existent return addresses (if the user is not sure whether the email is real, try testing with Free E-Mail first).
  • Sending emails that infringe on the rights of others or threaten others, etc.
  • Websites related to hacking, spreading viruses, or any illegal, immoral, chaotic, and distressing activities for others.
  • Any website that uses scripts or programs that interfere with the operation of the server, both processing capacity and memory in an abnormally large amount in any way, if the service provider detects this, will temporarily suspend the service until it is resolved by the user. And if the violation continues, the service provider will immediately close the user’s website and will not be responsible for any damages whatsoever.
  • Websites that provide Free Hosting, Free Webboard, Free Image Hosting, Free File Hosting, Free E-Mail or charge usage fees to the general public.
  • Websites that infringe on the trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property of others or other parties in all countries around the world.
  • Websites that threaten, cheat, misinform, disseminate vulgarity, or drugs
  • Websites that bring disrepute to the service provider
  • Websites that bring disrepute to the service provider
  • A website that distributes the service provider’s system resources to the general public without permission, such as E-Mail, Database, Web Space, where the service provider only allows activities or businesses related to the website using the service. The interpretation of this section is at the discretion of the service provider.
  • Websites that are illegal under the Computer Crime Act 2007
  • Other websites that the service provider considers inappropriate
  • The service provider reserves the right to terminate the contract or close the website without prior notice, without any refund of service fees, if the user acts in violation of the aforementioned service policy. The service provider reserves the right to consider whether the user’s actions violate the rules and regulations or not.
2. The information that the user provides to the service provider must be true and correct. If the user enters incorrect or false information, the service provider will not proceed as requested.
3. Domain names that have been registered cannot be changed. If the user wants a new name, the user must pay for the new domain registration fee.
4. The service provider will immediately open the service within 24 hours on business days after receiving proof of payment with complete information. If the payment has been made but the details are not complete, such as not specifying the order number or domain name or contact number, or not contacting within 1 month, the service provider must cancel the order.

5. The service provider is happy to refund the service fee in case the user is not satisfied with the service from the service provider’s server (excluding domain name fee) within 15 days (the service provider is happy to refund the service fee if the user does not do anything against the rules according to the terms of service herein. The refund of the service fee in case the user is not satisfied with the service within 15 days from the date of service activation)

Terms and conditions for refund of service fee

  • Users must request a refund of service fees within 15 days from the date of service activation.
  • Users must specify the reason for requesting a refund.
  • The service fee that the service provider will refund to the user is the amount that the service provider actually received from the user (excluding domain name fees).
  • After the service provider has been notified by the user that they wish to request a refund, the service provider will immediately close the website.
  • The refund period will take approximately 1-2 weeks. This is subject to the accounting department’s process.
6. If using Streaming, VPN, or Bittorrent, the service provider will charge for Bandwidth separately from the main service.
7. The service provider will send an email notification along with the invoice for the renewal of hosting, including domain names registered with the service provider. The notification will be made within 30 days or 15 days before expiration. If the user does not pay the service fee, the service provider must temporarily suspend the service. For domains that have not been renewed and are in a hold status from the service provider, if the customer wants to pay, they must pay the service fee to unlock the domain status as charged by the domain registrar. We will inform you of the cost after the customer requests to unlock.

  • For Cloud Web Hosting, the service provider reserves the right to delete data on the user’s server in the event that there is no contact or payment for the service for more than 90 days after expiration without prior notice.

  • For Cloud PaaS, the service provider reserves the right to delete data on the user’s server when the credit in the system is insufficient or the service is suspended for more than 30 days without prior notice.

8. The service provider will not be responsible for any damages to the websites that occur for any reason, such as a device error, the user accidentally deleting their own data, or any other force majeure caused by the service provider or the user themselves.
9. If the service provider receives a complaint, request or finds any suspicious circumstances, the service provider reserves the right to cancel or temporarily suspend the service to the user in order to investigate and investigate the cause of the incident.
10. The service provider has the right to immediately cancel the service without any conditions if the service user uses a fake or stolen credit card without permission from the card owner to purchase the service.
11. The service provider reserves the right to use or disclose the user’s information when requested by government officials because the service provider cooperates with the Royal Thai Police in investigating websites that contain messages or content that are inappropriate and contrary to peace and order. If anyone sees or has any information, please report it so that action can be taken against those websites.
12. The content and design of the website that the service provider has prepared, the service provider reserves the copyright. The service user is prohibited from copying, reproducing or using it elsewhere without written permission.
13. The service provider will contact the user via the email that the user has ordered on the website. If you want to change the administrator or email used for contact, use the email that was used to order and notify. If you cannot use the original email to notify, the service provider may request additional documents, such as a company certificate, receipt, etc. If there is no such information, the service provider cannot provide confidential information to the requester, no matter what the case may be.
14. The service provider is not a software/script provider or website creator for users. Therefore, regarding problems related to programming/script usage in website creation, the service provider reserves the right not to answer such questions. The service provider may provide relevant links for users to study by themselves. The service provider will provide answers to questions related to web hosting/email only. The main duty of the service provider is to provide web hosting/email, which is to take care of the server that provides services so that it can be used according to all the features provided on the website only.
15. Any files that the user uses on the server, such as Website Files, E-Mail Files, Database Files, etc., if infected with a virus, will be automatically closed without prior notice.
16. The service provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend service in the event that the service user uses Quota space or Traffic data transfer rate exceeding the service package or uses Resource resources exceeding the service package. Please contact the sales department to add the service package.
17. In the event that the user wishes to cancel the service or reduce the service with the service provider before the contract expires, the user has no right to claim a refund of the service fee, whether in part or in full, unless the service provider cancels the service itself, in which case the service fee will be refunded as appropriate.
18. The user must back up the data files on the server. In the event that the service provider requests a backup file, the user must pay the service provider a service fee to copy the backup file.
19. The service provider reserves the right to change this service agreement at any time without prior notice to the user.
20. The user agrees to disclose personal information that has been registered as a member, such as name, surname, address, email, contact phone number, information related to the company, contact information for the following purposes:
  • For service provider staff to contact and coordinate with users when they encounter problems using the service provider’s services.
  • For use in registering a domain with a domain registrar to verify domain ownership.
