Refund Policy
- Users can request a refund within 15 days of the service activation date.
- Users must specify the reason for requesting a refund.
- The service fee that the service provider will refund to the user will be the actual amount received from the user (excluding domain name fees, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and Enterprise Email once these services are activated or renewed).
- After the service provider receives notification from the user requesting a refund, the service provider will immediately shut down the website.
- The refund process will take approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the accounting department’s processing time.
Refund request procedure.
- Please contact us regarding a “Refund Request” through the problem reporting system.
- Please provide details of the service for which you wish to request a refund.
- Invoice number
- Domain name to be deactivated.
- Specify the reason for requesting a refund.
- Please provide the bank information and account number used for the payment transfer.
- Please back up your data and download it to your device, as the system will immediately delete the data upon confirmation of the refund request.
